Ordering Samples

Having samples at home really helps you to appreciate the tile you are considering.

We offer up to six free cut tile samples of any of the Ca' Pietra product range you will find at Tile.co.uk. You can add a free sample to your basket by visiting the product pages and selecting via the pink 'free sample' button. Then fill in your delivery details at checkout. It's really that simple.

Sample Types

1. Free Cut Tile Samples: 10 x 15cm or smaller, free of charge (limit of 6 per customer). Delivery cost applies.

2. Full Tile Samples: Full-sized tile for a true representation of the product.

3. 30 x 40cm Samples: For larger-format stone and porcelain.

4. Mosaic Swatch Sample: A small piece of a full-sized mosaic sheet, mounted on a cardboard backing.

Order Up To Six Cut Samples For Free

A cut sample is a small piece of a full-sized tile that represents the colour, texture, material, and finish, so you can see how it may look in your home. Cut samples can vary in size per product but are roughly 10 x 10cm.

Free Cut Mosaic Samples

A cut mosaic sample is a small piece of a full-sized mosaic sheet, mounted on a cardboard backing. This allows you to see the colour and finish of our mosaic tiles in a bitesize way. Included in our free six cut tile sample offer.

Sample deliveries are typically within 3–5 working days, dependent on stock available at the time. If you have not received your samples after this time, please contact us at hello@tile.co.uk with your order number.

All natural stone, marble, and encaustic tile samples arrive pre-sealed with Stone Essentials Stain Block Sealant, so you can see how the final product will actually appear. Our terracotta tile samples are sealed with Stone Essentials Stone Shield Sealant.

Tiles and natural stone can vary in shade and size from batch to batch due to production methods or glazes, so a sample may not be 100% identical to the final product — though we do our best to minimise this.
