Panel Adhesive Application
Our high-quality adhesive allows you to quickly (and permanently) install panels over any existing subwall, including gypsum, fibreboard, cement, plaster, and even tile.
1. Apply wall panel adhesive
Working with one panel at a time, apply one strip of adhesive vertically down each side of the panel and one row horizontally across the top and bottom. It's a thick adhesive, so an electric caulking gun makes application easier.
2. Install internal/corner wall panel(s)
Using suction cups, place the first internal panel using the marked seam and joint locations for alignment. Press firmly over the entire surface for full adhesive contact, with the post-formed or square edge on the outside.
3. Install edge panel(s)
Place the edge panel using the marked locations and press firmly. For longer runs, leave a small gap between panels to let tongue-and-groove joints snap together, or use an H-joint trim to adjoin square-edge panels.
4. Finishing and trim (if needed)
Elite designs can be trimmed and finished using the post-formed edge around windows, niches and exposed tile. Every other range needs trims — consider picking up additional profiles alongside your panels.
Colour Matched Sealant Application
Once your panels are up, it's time to seal them with a reliable, long-lasting, antifungal sealant.
1. Apply colour matched sealant
Once all panels are securely in place and set, apply sealant to all corners, seams between panels, and the gap between the bottom panel and tray or bath. Wipe any excess with methylated spirit.
2. Allow Sealant To Cure
Allow panels to cure for 24 hours before installing any shower accessories.
