INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

  1. Insert threaded spacer base beneath each exposed edge of tile, make sure there is contact between the spacer and the tile with no mortar in between.
  2. Install the next tile tightly against the already positioned threaded spacer base. Slide the back and forth or use a rubber mallet to bed the tile into the mortar whilst releasing air trapped below.
  3. Place the Big Spin cap on top of the threaded spacer base and spin the cap down to the tile surface. Turn cap as required until all adjacent surfaces are flush.
  4. After the mortar is cured, the caps and threaded posts can be removed by kicking, using a rubber mallet or removal roller in the same direction as the grout joint.

table to work out how many spiners required per m2 based on size of tile

Use this table as a guide to calculate the quantity you need based on the size of the tile chosen, and the square metres require to cover.

Example: tile that measures 100cm x 50cm = 12 spiner pieces per m2 required

Pallet orders take between 2-5 days. For stock items you you will be able to select a preferred delivery date on the cart page. If no date selected, you will be contacted to book in a suitable delivery date after your order has been placed.

The book in service is for customers to choose a suitable date which allows them to organise help if needed due to the size and weight of the orders (a pallet order can be anything between 25-1000kg)

Parcel deliveries are booked in with a courier and are delivered ASAP (within 2 working days).

How is the delivery charge calculated?

All delivery charges are based on weight of order and postcode.

Note a small box of tiles can weigh between 12-26kg. Majority of orders will be a pallet delivery due to the weight.

Tiles are fragile by nature so pallets are currently the safest way to transport heavy loads.
