Hand crafted with great skill, our range of tubelined tiles feature graceful floral motifs complemented by matching, gently scrolling border designs. The Dauphine on Victorian Green is perfectly matched by our Victorian Green field tiles and mouldings.

Please note Original Style items are sent direct from the supplier and have their own delivery charge and policy as they are special order items.

Standard delivery is 7-days for products currently in-stock. (expect longer lead times for made to order items).

Delivery Service

How much is a Parcel delivery

If the order weights less than 25kg and is a small tile, orders will be delivered via courier with a charge between £14-£30 based on postcode and weight.

How much is a Pallet delivery

Orders over £500 - FREE

For pallet loads delivered within Mainland UK a charge Starting from £75* will be applied for every pallet load (approx. 1000 kg) ordered (charge is based on postcode).

Delivery charge is calculated on cart page.

We strongly advise that you do not book any installers until your goods have arrived and have been checked.

Delivery times are given as a guideline. The Company will not under any circumstances entertain any financial demands from the customer for late or incorrect delivery.

We are not liable for any knock on costs, consequential loss or compensation in any circumstances.

Notification of any damaged goods should be made within 48 hours via email with photos showing the damage and the number of tiles damaged.

Mainland UK deliveries only. We are unable to ship outside the UK or to islands. We are not able to ship to Northern Ireland.

How long can you hold an order for?

We are happy to hold orders for up to 14 days.

How long does it take to deliver

Original Style standard delivery is 7-days for products they currently have in-stock. Please expect longer lead times for made to order items.

For special made to order products, the Original Style teams will advise on the expected delivery timeframes.

How is the delivery charge calculated?

All delivery charges are based on weight of order and postcode.

Note a small box of tiles can weigh between 12-26kg. Majority of orders will be a pallet delivery due to the weight.

Tiles are fragile by nature so pallets are currently the safest way to transport heavy loads.
