Arbour Blossom ceramic wall tile with a matt finish.

The Arbour Blossom Matt wall tile 59.8x29.8cm offers an elegant, botanical pattern to enliven any interior space. The top-to-toe tumbling foliage of this tile is inspired by trailing florals such as wisteria, and its stylish patterns make it perfect for modern kitchens, bathrooms, showers, cloakrooms, hallways, and dining areas. Coordinating plain colour options are also available.

How long does it take to deliver an order?

Original Style items are sent direct from the supplier and have their own delivery charge and policy, as they are special order items.

How long can you hold an order for?

We are happy to hold orders for up to 14 days.

If you wish to hold an order please write this in the special instructions on the cart page or contact us before or after placing an order via email or telephone.

What are the current rates for pallet delivery?

Orders over £399 - delivery is FREE*

All delivery charges are based on weight of order and postcode.

A small box of tiles can weigh between 12-26kg, and the majority of orders will be a pallet delivery due to the weight.

Tiles are fragile by nature, so pallets are currently the safest way to transport heavy loads.

For Original Styles orders over £399, we offer free delivery within England and Wales.

Delivery charge is calculated on cart page.

We strongly advise that you do not book any installers until your goods have arrived and have been checked.

Delivery times are given as a guideline. The Company will not under any circumstances entertain any financial demands from the customer for late or incorrect delivery.

We are not liable for any knock on costs, consequential loss or compensation in any circumstances.

Notification of any damaged goods should be made within 48 hours via email with photos showing the damage and the number of tiles damaged.

Mainland UK deliveries only. We are unable to ship outside the UK or to islands. We are not able to ship to Northern Ireland.

How much is a Parcel delivery?

If the order weights less than 25kg and is a small tile, orders will be delivered via courier with a charge between £14-£30 based on postcode and weight.

How is the delivery charge calculated?

How long do Sample tiles take to delivery?

Sample tiles are delivered by Royal Mail and can take between 2-7 days to arrive.

Please note some samples may arrive separately from stock items if they are special order items.
