Ca Peitra Structured Decoupling Matting.

 

This 3mm thick structured decoupling matting is designed for tile and natural stone installations over new subfloors and underfloor heating. 

The Structured Matting is a polyethylene membrane with a grid structure of square cavities, each cut back in a dovetail configuration and an anchoring fleece laminated to its underside. 

To fix this use Ca Pietra Matting Adhesive. 

Sold by the square metre.

Delivery Service

How much is a Parcel delivery

If the order weights less than 25kg and is a small tile, orders will be delivered via courier with a charge between £14-£30 based on postcode and weight.

How much is a Pallet delivery

Orders over £500 - FREE

Small orders of tiles smaller than 35x35cm in size and weighing less than 50kg in weight will be a parcel delivery of between £19.55 - £51.75 Inc VAT. 

Pallet loads delivered within Mainland UK - charge starting from £79.97* Inc VAT will be applied for every pallet load (approx. 1000 kg) ordered, *based on postcode.

We strongly advise that you do not book any installers until your goods have arrived and have been checked.

Delivery times are given as a guideline. The Company will not under any circumstances entertain any financial demands from the customer for late or incorrect delivery.

We are not liable for any knock on costs, consequential loss or compensation in any circumstances.

Notification of any damaged goods should be made within 48 hours via email with photos showing the damage and the number of tiles damaged.

Mainland UK deliveries only. We are unable to ship outside the UK or to islands. We are not able to ship to Northern Ireland.

How long can you hold an order for?

We are happy to hold orders for up to 14 days.

How long does it take to deliver

Ca' Pietra are fulfilling orders in the UK within 3-5 days for tiles currently in stock. Please expect longer lead times for made to order items.

Once they have accepted an order they will confirm a delivery date which will be past onto the the customer.

How is the delivery charge calculated?

All delivery charges are based on weight of order and postcode.

Note a small box of tiles can weigh between 12-26kg. Majority of orders will be a pallet delivery due to the weight.

Tiles are fragile by nature so pallets are currently the safest way to transport heavy loads.
