The Flat tile is the most versatile profile in the Dorset Woolliscroft range — a smooth-surfaced, fully vitrified porcelain floor tile that belies its anti-slip qualities. Available in seven colourways across two formats (148×148mm and 300×300mm), it suits everything from pub floors and restaurant kitchens to industrial workshops and shod external areas. All colours are frost resistant and suitable for internal and external use. The smooth surface is straightforward to keep clean — an important consideration in high-traffic commercial environments.

Not sure which fitting you need? Step Treads finish stair nosings — add a Step Tread Corner where two stair edges meet. Coving creates a hygienic coved skirting at the wall-to-floor junction; Coving Ext. and Int. Angle pieces complete the corners. Adhesive — required

S1 Flexible Tile Adhesive Fully vitrified porcelain tiles require a C2TE S1 flexible cement-based adhesive. We stock a range of standard-set and rapid-set options from Mapei, UltraTileFix, Ardex, BAL, and Kerakoll.

Grout — recommended

Kerakoll Fugabella Color 3kg CG2 WA hybrid resin-cement grout in 50 designer colours. Water-repellent, naturally antibacterial, suitable for porcelain, commercial and wet environments including swimming pools. Joint widths 0–20mm.

No sealing required. Fully vitrified porcelain tiles have a water absorption rate of less than 0.5% — they do not need sealing. Grout joints in wet or food preparation areas may benefit from a grout sealer applied after the Fugabella has fully cured (24 hours), but the tiles themselves require no protective treatment.
