The Genesis EPB Solid Brass Straight Edge Tile Trim in Antique finish is machined from genuine CW624N brass. The antique finish gives a rich, aged warmth that pairs beautifully with natural stone, terracotta, and traditional tile schemes. At 2.7m per length with a 4mm face height and 1.2mm wall thickness. Available in 10mm and 12mm depths.

How to fit & cut solid brass tile trim
Cutting to length

Measure and mark. Always measure twice.
Clamp firmly — solid brass is denser than aluminium.

Cut with a fine-tooth metal mitre saw or hacksaw.
Use a blade suitable for brass. Do not use a wood blade.

For external corners, mitre each piece at 45°.
4
Deburr all cut edges with a fine metal file.
Fitting the trim

Dry-fit before applying adhesive. Trim depth should be 1.5–2.0mm greater than the tile.

Trowel adhesive and press fixing tab firmly in.
3
Embed tiles flush with the top of the profile.
Remove adhesive and grout immediately. Never use cement residue cleaners on brass.
4
Grout and clean the trim face before grout sets.
Use pH-neutral or brass-specific cleaners for ongoing maintenance.
