The Genesis ESA Straight Edge Aluminium Tile Trim in Bath Stone is a textured, stone-effect anodised aluminium profile that delivers a discreet edge finish to wall and floor tiles, with a pale honey-cream limestone look, echoing traditional Bath stone. It sits neatly alongside cream, ivory and traditional stone-look tile schemes without drawing attention away from the tiling. Made from AA 6063 T6 aluminium extruded and anodised to DIN 17611, with a 21mm perforated fixing tab and 3mm face. Available in 8mm, 10mm, 12mm, and 22.5mm depths, in 2.5m lengths, with matching ESC corner pieces.

How to fit & cut this trim
Cutting to length

Measure and mark the trim length required. Always measure twice.The textured anodised surface is susceptible to scratching.

Cut with a fine-tooth mitre saw or metal-cutting blade.Do not use a standard wood saw blade.

For external corners, mitre at 45°.Use ESC corner pieces where a neat mitre is difficult to achieve.

Deburr cut edges with a fine metal file before fitting.
Fitting the trim

Select the correct depth — 1.5–2.0mm greater than the tile. Dry-fit before adhesive.

Trowel adhesive and press the fixing tab firmly into it.

Embed tiles flush with the profile.Remove adhesive and grout from the trim face immediately.

Fill joint with grout. Wipe face before grout sets.Choose a grout tone that complements the stone-effect finish.
