R12/C Slip Resistance — the highest barefoot wet area rating in the Dorset Woolliscroft range The Multidisc tile carries an R12/C slip rating with pendulum scores of 70 (dry) and 58 (wet) — the highest scores in the entire Dorset Woolliscroft range. Volume displacement rating V6 means it handles debris and contamination exceptionally well. Barefoot classification C makes it the first choice for pool surrounds, walk-through showers, heavy duty wet areas, and anywhere barefoot safety is a priority.

Multidisc's distinctive pattern of round raised discs provides outstanding slip resistance while remaining comfortable underfoot even with bare feet — a rare combination. With the highest pendulum wet score in the range at 58 PTV and a V6 volume displacement rating, it is specifically designed for heavy duty wet areas where both maximum grip and barefoot comfort are required. Available in three colourways at 148×148mm, all fully vitrified and frost resistant for internal and external use.

Coving creates a hygienic coved skirting at the wall-to-floor junction, essential in wet commercial and leisure environments. Adhesive — required

S1 Flexible Tile Adhesive Fully vitrified porcelain tiles require a C2TE S1 flexible cement-based adhesive. For pool surrounds and wet commercial environments a rapid-set S1 product is strongly recommended to minimise downtime. We stock options from Mapei, UltraTileFix, Ardex, BAL and Kerakoll.

Grout — recommended

Kerakoll Fugabella Color 3kg CG2 WA hybrid resin-cement grout in 50 designer colours. Water-repellent, naturally antibacterial, and approved for swimming pools. Ready for foot traffic in 3 hours, full use in 24 hours. Joint widths 0–20mm.

No sealing required. Fully vitrified porcelain tiles have a water absorption rate of less than 0.5% — the tiles themselves need no sealing. In swimming pool and wet commercial environments grout joints should be sealed after Fugabella has fully cured — allow 24 hours minimum, and 3 days before use in swimming pools.
