The Pinhead tile's distinctive grid of raised pin-points provides excellent slip resistance for both shod and barefoot traffic in wet and dry conditions — making it one of the most versatile profiles in the Dorset Woolliscroft range. Available in six colourways at 148×148mm, it suits light industrial and commercial applications, wet areas such as swimming pool changing rooms and shower areas, and most internal and external environments. All colours are fully vitrified, frost resistant, and straightforward to keep clean.

Not sure which fitting you need? Step Treads finish stair nosings — add a Step Tread Corner where two stair edges meet. Coving creates a hygienic coved skirting at the wall-to-floor junction, ideal for wet commercial environments. Round Edge (RE) finishes a single exposed tile edge; REX handles external corners. Adhesive — required

S1 Flexible Tile Adhesive Fully vitrified porcelain tiles require a C2TE S1 flexible cement-based adhesive. For wet areas such as shower floors and pool changing rooms a rapid-set S1 product is recommended. We stock options from Mapei, UltraTileFix, Ardex, BAL and Kerakoll.

Grout — recommended

Kerakoll Fugabella Color 3kg CG2 WA hybrid resin-cement grout in 50 designer colours. Water-repellent, naturally antibacterial, and approved for swimming pools. Suitable for porcelain and all commercial wet environments. Joint widths 0–20mm.

No sealing required. Fully vitrified porcelain tiles have a water absorption rate of less than 0.5% — the tiles themselves need no sealing or protective treatment. In wet commercial environments grout joints should be sealed after the Fugabella has fully cured (24 hours minimum).
