How to fit & cut aluminium tile trim
Cutting to length

Measure and mark. Keep protective film on during cutting.
Always measure twice before cutting.

Cut with a fine-tooth mitre saw or metal-cutting blade.
Do not use a standard wood saw blade.

For corners, mitre at 45°. Deburr cut edges.
Fitting the trim

Dry-fit first. Trim depth 1.5–2.0mm greater than the tile.

Bed fixing tab into adhesive. Press firmly along full length.

Bed tiles tightly. Keep gold face clean.
Remove adhesive immediately — dried adhesive is difficult to remove without marking.

Grout and wipe face before grout sets.
