How to fit & cut aluminium tile trim
Cutting to length

Measure and mark. Remove coating before cutting if needed, but protect face during installation.
Always measure twice.

Cut with a fine-tooth mitre saw or metal-cutting blade.
Do not use a standard wood saw blade.

For corners, mitre at 45°. Deburr cut edges.
Fitting the trim

Dry-fit first. Trim depth 1.5–2.0mm greater than the tile.

Bed fixing tab into adhesive. Press firmly along full length.

Bed tiles tightly. Keep gold face clean.
Remove adhesive immediately.

Grout and wipe face before grout sets.
