The Premtool Contract Metal Straight Edge Bright Gold Aluminium Tile Trim delivers a high-shine reflective gold finish to exposed tile edges. The bright polished surface makes an effective decorative accent alongside gloss tiles or polished gold fittings. Shipped in a cardboard tube with timber support. Available in 10mm and 12mm depths, 2.5m lengths.

How to fit & cut aluminium tile trim
Cutting to length

Measure and mark. Always measure twice.
Remove the plastic coating before cutting if needed, but keep protection on the face.

Cut with a fine-tooth mitre saw or metal-cutting blade.
Do not use a standard wood saw blade.

For external corners, mitre at 45°. Deburr cut edges.
Fitting the trim

Dry-fit before adhesive. Trim depth 1.5–2.0mm greater than the tile.

Bed the fixing tab into adhesive. Press firmly along the length.

Bed tiles tightly. Keep bright face clean.
Remove adhesive immediately — dried adhesive on a bright finish is difficult to remove without scratching.
4
Grout and wipe face before grout sets.
