Intense and rich, Victorian Green is a stunning legacy from the Victorians. It is very similar to the Permanent Green from an artist's palette. Place it next to most of the Artworks colours and it will look stunning. 

A large brick is a popular shape as it works in many different layouts. Laid horizontally it can make a room feel wider, placed vertically it makes a wall appear higher, whilst the herringbone pattern is a real classic. Victorian Green tiles are only suitable for dry walls. They have a copper-based glaze which is prone to discolouration by very mild acids often found in the home. To avoid such discolouration they should be cleaned only with pure water and should always be wiped dry immediately after cleaning. These tiles should never be used in wet areas such as showers, bath surrounds or basin splashbacks.

A Green Alternative to use in a wetzone is the Edwardian Green.
